Vlad is an electrical engineer with an MBA who has spent his career at the intersection of technical execution and business strategy in manufacturing. His work spans plant operations, controls engineering, SCADA, MES, IT/OT integration and modernization, with hands-on experience at some of the largest consumer goods manufacturers in the world.
He installed and sped up lines at Procter & Gamble, then spent eight years at Kraft Heinz and Post Holdings leading modernization and reliability across multiple plants. Through Joltek, SolisPLC and Manufacturing Hub he extends that work into consulting, technical education and industry media, helping manufacturers build reliable, connected operations while developing the people who run them.
Chokotei is the system he wished he’d had on the floor: every stop, on every machine, with the real cause, installed and supported by the people who mapped it.
