Chokotei is a product of Joltek LLC. This policy covers chokotei.com: what we collect when you visit or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you contact us, by email or through a contact form: your name, work email, company, role, the number of lines you run, and anything you choose to write.
- When you browse: anonymous page-view statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, schedule a call, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and checks form submissions for spam (Turnstile).
- Formspree, which delivers booking-form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider, which hosts the inbox your messages reach.
These services may store data outside your province or country.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for as long as we are in a business conversation with you, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email vlad@joltek.com. The person responsible for privacy at Joltek LLC is Vladimir Romanov.
